Niah Caves, Sarawak

Hermits must get lonely sometimes. However, caves are seductively mysterious; they urge one to escape the everyday of urban life and get lost in their labyrinthine world.

Given the difficult nature of contemporary society, a life of solitude might seem idealistic to many. What if the pursuit of isolation becomes a trend of the next decade? Cave-dwelling could attain a new luxury status as the supply of unoccupied caves is depleted.
